Developing a 360° Partnership & Growth Strategy + Social Media Guideline

The Brief:
To partner with iO as a strategic marketing ally — uncovering new growth opportunities and building a holistic communicationplan that extended beyond traditional restaurant marketing. The objective was to elevate brand visibility, strengthen positioning,and create new pathways for customer connection across multiple branches.

Our Approach:
Acting as an extension of iO’s in-house team, we developed a comprehensive Marketing Strategy designed to support long-termbrand expansion. This included initiating co-marketing campaigns with leading credit card partners and forging strategiccollaborations with local residences to reach untapped audiences.

To reinforce these initiatives, we refreshed iO’s brand portfolio and profile deck — tools that strengthened partnership outreachand showcased the brand’s evolving identity. Additionally, we created a Social Media Guideline to ensure consistent storytellingand tone across all digital platforms, capturing iO’s signature blend of authentic Italian warmth and modern appeal.
