Project:
To reposition ALATI from a hotel-affiliated restaurant into a standalone dining destination, supported by more lifestyle-driven content to attract both local and expat guests.
The Brief:
ALATI is elevating its menu with an expanded selection of Mediterranean dishes and seasonal offerings featuring premiumingredients and signature creations. However, being located within a luxury five-star hotel often leads diners to perceive therestaurant as overly upscale and expensive, creating a barrier for potential local and expat guests.
Our Approach:
We aim to develop a social media content strategy that is more lifestyle-driven and UGC-centric, creating an inviting and FOMO-worthy dining experience. The direction will remain aspirational yet approachable, ensuring resonance with everyday diners whilestill appealing to premium guests
